I adore calling the Outer Banks "home"!

As an East Carolina Pirate, I couldn't wait to relocate to the Outer Banks in 2017. I am originally from the sleepy little town of Washington, NC. My family's business was real estate. My father owned multiple real estate offices and so I was raised in the break rooms learning the real estate industry.
I am a NC Broker and a Civil Paralegal with a degree in software development. After years as a real estate paralegal, I found a desire to understand settlement procedures to facilitate coherent explanations between our clients, lenders, attorneys and agents. I have a passion for efficiency and actually enjoy reading all pages of loan packages prior to closings! I take pride in informing my clients with my attention to detail and clear explanations of the fine print.
My daughter and I reside in Kitty Hawk with our Blue Staffordshire, Skyy. In my personal time, I enjoy penny stocks, roller skating and reading legal theory, non-fiction and news of current events."
